Across our communities, sometimes the people who need oral health care the most do not have the resources to access it. At UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry, we work with community partners across Houston and southeast Texas to ensure that everyone—regardless of income or access—can receive dental care.
Through our mobile dental vans, community outreach events, and student and faculty clinics, we connect vulnerable communities with high-quality dental treatments and educational materials. Our efforts include initiatives to improve the oral health of children, veterans, rural populations, and older adults, helping to fulfill our mission of improving oral health—and overall health—for everyone.
